These terms govern your use of mars7locksmith.com and your request for service from MARS7LOCKSMITH LLC (Mars7 Locksmith). By using the site or contacting us for work, you agree to them. This page is a website and service-request notice for a small U.S. business. It is not legal advice.
The website
The site is for information about our mobile locksmith work in the Philadelphia area. Photos and maps are illustrative. A map or ZIP list of areas we drive to is not a guarantee we can take every job at every address. We may change or take down the site at any time.
You may not scrape, copy the site for a competing listing, or use it in a way that harms the site or other people. All marks and content on the site belong to us or our licensors.
Requesting work
Calling or emailing is a request, not a booked job. We may accept, decline, or refer a job. Travel, parts, and whether we can open or program a particular lock depend on the situation. We will tell you what we can do and what it costs before we start work, unless it is a true emergency and you ask us to proceed.
We come to you. We do not operate a public shop. Do not come to our registered office for service. You are responsible for having the right to authorize work on the vehicle, home, or business. We may ask for identification or proof of authority before we open a lock.
Licensing and claims
Pennsylvania does not issue a statewide locksmith license. We do not claim to be “state licensed.” Ask us directly about insurance, bonding, and qualifications for your job. Our mobile service is available 24/7; arrival timing and pricing are confirmed by phone.
Payment
Price is agreed by phone or on site. We do not take card numbers through this website. Chargebacks or disputes over completed work are handled under Pennsylvania law and the card network rules if a card is used on site.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent Pennsylvania law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website. For locksmith work, our responsibility is limited to the amount you paid for that job, except where the law does not allow that limit (including injury caused by our negligence). The website is provided “as is.”
Privacy
How we handle information is described in our Privacy Policy. This site does not use tracking cookies and does not show a cookie banner.
Governing law
These terms and any dispute about the website or a service request are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue is in the state or federal courts serving Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania, unless a law requires otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top is the current version. If a part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
