Privacy Policy
This policy is for the website at mars7locksmith.com and for phone and email contact with MARS7LOCKSMITH LLC (Mars7 Locksmith), a Pennsylvania limited liability company. It is written for a small U.S. service business. It is not legal advice.
Who we are
We are a mobile locksmith. We do not run a walk-in shop. Any company address on this site is a registered office, not a public counter. You can reach us at contact@mars7locksmith.com or 215-208-1524.
What we collect
We collect only what you give us so we can respond and, if we take the job, do the work:
- If you call, we hear the number you call from and whatever you tell us (location, vehicle or door, what you need).
- If you email, we receive your address and the message, including any name, phone, or location you include.
We do not run user accounts, memberships, or an online checkout. Do not send card numbers, Social Security numbers, driver’s-license images, or other ID numbers by email.
How we use it
We use this information to call you back, find you, quote or decline a job, and keep ordinary business records. We do not sell your information. We do not use it for advertising networks. We may share it with a processor (for example our phone or email provider) or if the law requires it.
Cookies and tracking
The ZIP coverage checker runs in your browser. Your entry is not sent to us or saved by the checker.
This site does not set cookies. We do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, session replay, or similar trackers. Because we do not use non-essential cookies or sell personal information, we do not show a cookie-consent popup.
The typefaces used on this site are loaded from our own web server, not from a third-party font service, so no outside company sees a request when the page loads.
Your browser and our web host may keep ordinary server logs (IP address, pages requested, time). We use those only if we need to keep the site working or investigate abuse.
How long we keep it
Call and email records stay as long as we need them for the job, bookkeeping, or a legal duty, then we delete or archive them in the ordinary course of business.
Your choices
Email or call us to ask what we have, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it, subject to records we have to keep. We are a small Pennsylvania company and do not meet typical thresholds for California’s CCPA/CPRA or similar state consumer-privacy laws. If a law does apply to a request, we will handle it as that law requires.
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
